One business day, GTA-wide. If it is urgent (a timeline you are already up against, or a project you need scoped this week), call us directly and you will reach a foreman, not a call centre.
The trade (deck, fence, framing, concrete, or siding), a rough size, and anything you already know about timeline or budget. Photos of the site help too. The more detail you give us, the more accurate the quote we can put together before we even walk the property.
Yes. The foreman who would run your job visits the property, takes measurements, and puts together a fixed-price, itemized quote at no cost and no obligation to book. That is the same quote you would sign; it does not change once work starts.
Toronto and across the GTA, working out from our North York base: Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Mississauga, Brampton, and the neighbouring municipalities homeowners typically renovate in. If you are unsure whether your address is in range, send the request anyway and we will confirm.
Typically two to four weeks out, depending on the season and whether a permit needs to be pulled first (we handle that paperwork as part of the job). Booking in late winter is the best way to secure a spring start before the calendar fills up.
Not necessarily. The same foreman is on site every day of your project, and the property is secured at the end of each day. Most homeowners check in when they like and get a quick update from the foreman rather than watching the whole build.
