Look it over
We go over the existing siding, the trim, and the transitions to scope the work, so the quote reflects the wall you actually have.

Prep the wall
Old material comes off where needed, and we check the weather barrier and sheathing underneath before anything new goes back on.

Install and finish
Siding, trim, and wrapping go on with close attention to the joints, edges, and openings, so the finished lines run true across the wall.

Which siding do you install?
Fibre cement, including HardiePlank, plus vinyl and wood. The right one comes down to the look you want, how much upkeep you want to sign up for, and the character of the house.
Do you check the wall behind the old siding?
Yes, and it matters. Once the old material is off, we check the accessible weather barrier and sheathing and flag anything worth addressing before new siding covers it back up.
Can you re-side an older home without losing its character?
Yes. We look at the existing trim and detailing during the walkthrough and plan the install to keep the details worth keeping while updating the wall itself.
Is the trim work included?
Yes. Trim and wrapping at the corners, openings, and transitions are part of the job. They finish the look and protect the exposed edges where water tends to find its way in.
